g2999 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "g2999" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at g2999.io and any associated subdomains or services.
• "Platform" means the g2999 website, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and any application through which g2999 services are delivered.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered a verified account with g2999 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a Player on the Platform, identified by a unique username and password.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds held in a Player's Account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit funds credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total stake amount that must be placed on eligible games before a Bonus Balance may be converted to a withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means the BDT payment channels approved by g2999, currently including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by g2999 before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory other than Bangladesh, or any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

By completing the g2999 account registration process, by making a deposit, by placing a wager, or by accessing any game or service on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the g2999 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not register an account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. g2999 recommends that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your personal records at the time of registration and whenever a material update is published.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active g2999 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of g2999, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently in treatment for, a gambling addiction that would make it unsafe for you to access gambling services.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment at the time of placing any wager.

g2999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photographic identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by g2999 will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the g2999 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment method details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number linked to your preferred Supported Payment Method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must notify g2999 promptly of any changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. g2999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility unless you have notified g2999 of unauthorised access in writing before the relevant activity occurred.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

g2999 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point: a government-issued national identity card, a valid passport, a driver's licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address. Withdrawal of funds from your Account will not be permitted until KYC verification has been completed to g2999's satisfaction.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

g2999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that fraudulent activity has been detected, or that the continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

All financial transactions on the g2999 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). g2999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through Supported Payment Methods; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which g2999 accepts no responsibility.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and approved Bangladeshi bank transfer channels. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within 30 seconds to 5 minutes of successful payment confirmation. g2999 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to deposits above certain thresholds.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account held in your own name that matches the verified identity information on your g2999 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours of approval for standard requests; requests requiring additional KYC review may take longer. g2999 reserves the right to process withdrawals in the same method and to the same account used for the most recent qualifying deposit.

5.3 Pending Wagering Requirements

If your Account balance includes an active Bonus Balance subject to wagering requirements, you may not withdraw from your Real Money Balance until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied, unless you elect to forfeit the Bonus Balance in full before submitting a withdrawal request. 5.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. g2999 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

g2999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible Players. All bonus and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term prevails.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have fully completed KYC verification, unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses not met within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• g2999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect promotional abuse or where regulatory requirements necessitate a change.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
• Players who have elected to self-exclude or have applied deposit limits that prevent qualifying deposits are not eligible to receive or wager with bonus funds during the period of such restrictions.

All casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and sports betting markets available on g2999 are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or via the Platform's help documentation. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded on g2999's servers constitutes the definitive record.

In the event of a software malfunction, network interruption, or system error that causes a game round to be interrupted before completion, g2999 will void the affected round and return the wager amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. g2999 is not liable for any losses resulting from connectivity issues on the Player's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g2999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with g2999.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or personal information to register or transact on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any third-party software to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted by g2999.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, chip-dumping, or any other form of cheating in live dealer or multiplayer game environments.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of illegal origin through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing g2999 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other means of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Allowing any third party to access, operate, or place wagers through your Account.

g2999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once a limit is applied, it takes effect immediately. Any request to increase a deposit limit is subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once the threshold is reached, no further real money wagers may be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts that notify them when they have been logged in and actively gaming for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. g2999 strictly prohibits the creation of new Accounts during any active self-exclusion period. If a self-excluded Player succeeds in opening a new Account and g2999 becomes aware of this, the new Account will be immediately closed and any net winnings accrued during the exclusion period will be forfeited.

All content on the g2999 Platform, including but not limited to the g2999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, animations, audio, and software, is the exclusive property of g2999 or is licensed to g2999 by its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of g2999's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by g2999 is governed by the g2999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

g2999 collects personal data for the purposes of Account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the improvement of Platform services. g2999 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, KYC verification providers, and where required by applicable law.

All personal data and financial information transmitted to and from the g2999 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. g2999 maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g2999 expressly excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.

g2999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claims arising out of or in connection with their Account or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

g2999 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform entirely at their own risk. g2999 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude g2999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

g2999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, g2999 will provide reasonable notice to active Players by email to the address registered on their Account, by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, or by both methods simultaneously.

The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated in the document header. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account, subject to the withdrawal of any available Real Money Balance in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal procedures.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law. g2999 operates the Platform as a service targeted at Bangladeshi players and makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and g2999, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via the g2999 customer support channel. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through such channels as are available and appropriate under applicable law.
